Biography:
asst. to Admiral Vickery, U.S. Maritime Commission; contacted FEPC about negotiations with Delta Shipbuilding Co., New Orleans (1944). A graduate of George University School of Law. Following his 1946 discharge from the Navy, he worked for Alcoa, rising to the post of vice president.
