Biography:
(1917–), claims examiner, board of appeals of the U.S. Civil Service Commission. In May 1947, Mitchell met with her regarding the complaints of veterans and others against the New Orleans Post Office Department, requesting that an informal meeting be scheduled in an attempt to resolve the situation without a formal hearing.
