McSherry, Brig. Gen. Frank Johnson

Biography: 

(1892–1977), U.S. Army. He served as chief of operations, WMC from May to December 1943, and was involved with the revamping of USES Bulletin C-45 that allowed employers to search for applicants who were “white,” “Christian,” and “Protestant,” thus violating President Roosevelt’s Executive Order 8802.
